CustodianDC Referral Programme

Terms and Conditions

  1. A Referral Fee will be paid to an individual if, as a result of the individual introducing a new client to CustodianDC (when the client has had no prior contact with CustodianDC), the new client enters into an agreement with CustodianDC within 6 months from the date of the initial referral.
  2. The individual making the introduction must notify CustodianDC of details of the prospective new client either through the agreed Referral Template or email to enable CustodianDC to make initial contact. CustodianDC will confirm receipt of the details at which point it will become bound to pay a Referral Fee subject to the terms below.
  3. If we receive the same referral from multiple referrers, the first referrer will be deemed accepted.
  4. The Referral Fee will be paid when three months of service have been paid to CustodianDC. (e.g. 3 x monthly payments, 1 x quarterly or annual payment).
  5. The Referral Fee will equate to 10% of the agreement's first year of total charges excluding setup costs and one-off fees, capped at a max fee of £5,000.
  6. When the Referral Fee becomes payable, CustodianDC will issue the individual who made the referral with a statement of the Referral Fee due and the individual will issue an invoice to CustodianDC for the amount of the Referral Fee plus VAT if the individual is VAT registered.
  7. CustodianDC will pay the invoice issued by the individual within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
  8. In the event of any disputes regarding any referred company/organisation, the decision of CustodianDC is final.
  9. Referral leads must close within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible for a Referral Fee.
  10. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the referral programme at any time, for any reason.
