Custodian connects Fifa eNations: This weekend just gone saw a landmark weekend for eSports, the Maidstone TV Studios and Custodian Data Centres.

Custodian connects the first ever FIFA eNations Cup at our home, the Maidstone TV Studios, in Kent. 20 of the world’s top eFootball nations battled it out to determine the best FIFA19 football game nation.

The event was held and recorded in one of the largest independent TV studio’s in the UK, with viewers streaming from all over the world.

We were pleased to be the provider of connectivity for the landmark event alongside our sister company, the Maidstone TV Studios. Our team provided super-fast and reliable connectivity and back-haul for the show. Our team were also on-hand with onsite support and provided WiFi across the whole event, ensuring a smooth connectivity ride.

We have one of the most sophisticated networks in the UK, with close to 1000 peers, making us the sixth most peered network in the country. We operate our own service under our own global ASN (50300), directly connecting to seven full transit providers and the most popular internet exchanges in Europe.
