Less than a month on from our first Talking Tech and the planning for our next instalment is well under way. with Cyber Security speaker confirmed.

Attendees from the previous event had voted Cyber Security as the topic they would like to hear about most at the next event. With this in mind, we have made it our mission to find speakers to deliver on this subject next April.

As part of this process, we are pleased to announce our first speaker: Peter Connolly, founder and CEO of Toro Risk Solutions, a London-based security consultancy.

Peter led the development of the UK’s first hybrid (physical, personnel and cyber) Red Team Penetration Test methodology in 2012 with NCC Group by blending open source research; Wi-Fi attack; hostile reconnaissance; surveillance; phishing; spoofing; wider social engineering (by phone, online and in person); physical intrusion; and computer network exploitation.

He will be part of the Cyber Security panel at our next event, speaking on An attacker’s perspective on the blended threats facing you and your business, followed by an audience Q&A on the presentation.

Peter has delivered discussion on cyber security, holistic threats and mitigation techniques at various events and we are very much look forward to having him at our next Talking Tech.

Registration for our next event on Thursday 26th April 2018 is now open. Please be aware, this event is exclusive to senior IT professionals only and will remain so moving forward. The event will also remain totally sales-free and as organisers, we have discretion on who attends.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Register today here.
