Recovery Workspace

When thinking about disaster recovery we often think of our IT infrastructure, backups and access to data. But, what if something happens to your physical premises?

Our Recovery Workspace solution keeps your business running in times of emergency. We can provide office space from which your team can work and implement your recovery strategy, with desk space, telecommunications and access to your backed-up data in our fully-furnished and highly connected flagship location in Kent.

Unfortunately, natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances happen. We can help by accommodating you with up to 200 seats in our fully furnished and highly connected site in Kent.

*Contention for places is 10:1, with one client accepted per postcode.

Our office suites include:

  • Desk and chair positions per person*
  • VoIP phones and DDI's
  • Synchronous internet connection
  • Direct port to client rack positions in data centre (if applicable)
  • Multi-function printer/fax
  • Free on-site parking
  • On-site restaurant and vending
  • On-site shower and changing facilities

  • Use of our IT kit
  • Storage for your IT kit
  • DR rehearsals
  • Access to meeting rooms at an hourly rate

Offices and meeting rooms

If you are looking relocate your office or need a first or secondary site we can help. Our flagship site in Kent just 30 miles from London has a number of offices to rent on a pay monthly basis.

We have a range of on-site office space available, ranging from 10 m² (108 ft²) to 1400 m² (15000 ft²). We also have a new third floor under construction, with brand new bespoke office space available upon request.

We can provide a high-tech home for your company, or a Network Operations Centre for your engineers.

Fully serviced office suites for short or long-term office rental for one fixed monthly cost. Our fully serviced office suites are available for short or long-term office rental (1 – 5 years.)

Office space taken on our new floor can be finished to your design and specification.

Office rental includes rates, electricity, heating, lighting, cleaning, waste disposal, office maintenance to a serviceable standard, access to phone lines via our state of the art VOIP phone system, 24 hour on-site security with CCTV, reception facilities and an in-house restaurant.

With a wide range of facilities, close proximity to the M20 motorway and ample parking, our building has always been a popular location for companies to base their offices. With the addition of the data centre and its high-speed connectivity and office spaces available ranging in size from 9 m² (100 sq ft) to 460 m² (5,000 sq ft), our site provides many companies with a cost-effective solution.

We also offer a range of meetings rooms perfect for offsite meetings, away days and. Our on-site meeting rooms are available to hire for just £15 an hour, regardless of size, ranging from formal board rooms to more relaxed “green” rooms. You can also pre-arrange light snacks and beverages from our on-site restaurant for your meeting (additional cost).

Build rooms

Located just off the data centre floor, this is a quiet space where equipment can be unboxed, cables can be arranged and servers configured – all from the comfort of a chair, using the tables, power points and cable organisers provided. Support is always on hand to help you with moving any equipment and provide any advice or assistance if required.

Reception and Parking

We have 400 secure parking spaces on-site available for customer use. There are also unloading bays with forklifts available should you need them.

Restaurant

Our on-site restaurant is available for dine-in or take away during office hours. Breakfast is available between 9 and 10.30 a.m, and lunch is served between 12 and 2 p.m, with a different menu each week. Outside of these hours, vending options are available and there are many food outlets in the local town and a supermarket within walking distance.
