Colocation
We can supply as much power as you need. Our basic infrastructure is designed to support 64+ Amps (including cooling), but we have the flexibility to provide whatever you want.
As standard, all of our racks are fed by 2 x 32 Amp commando feeds which run from completely diverse supplies. Even our ‘U’ space offerings can have dual/diverse feeds if you like.
Each rack or lockable section is supplied with 2 diverse internet feeds.
We supply you with as many IP addresses as you need as long as they can be justified within RIPE guidelines.
Yes, we offer a variety of levels of remote hands 24/7/365. Please ask for our price list.
Yes we do, free of charge.
There are powered & connected workbenches available free of charge.
Yes. We prefer you to use ours as we use hot aisle containment to aid our efficiency, however, our system is flexible so other racks can be accommodated.
Access/Security
Yes you can, once you have been security cleared. If you have your own lockable space, i.e. a quarter rack or more, you will have unlimited 24/7/365 access. If you have equipment in a shared rack (U Space) you will need to pay the current escort fee.
When you become a client we issue you with a welcome pack which includes relevant access procedures for you & your staff.
Yes you can, a delivery procedure is part of the welcome pack.
We have 400 secure parking spaces & unloading bays with forklifts should you need them.
Connectivity
We offer as standard, fully meshed, multi-homed BGP4, diversely routed connectivity to multiple Tier 1 carriers.
No problem, we have fibre to docklands & can arrange backhaul from most other Data Centres.
Our entire core network now supports & allows us to offer global IPv6 transit.
Yes. We are happy to setup a BGP peering with you, or announce your address space directly for you.
If you are uncertain what kind of bandwidth you may require, or see your needs changing in the near future then we are here to help. Our packages are flexible and can be changed rapidly without the need for a lenghty notice period. In fact, we usually switch packages for clients within 2 hours of receiving the request.
That’s easy - we provide a live bandwidth monitoring system with every connection. Just login to your portal and you can see your speed, total transfer and all historic trending for your connection since the hour it went online. We can even help you setup thresholds and alerting.
Dedicated and Virtual Servers
Subject to availability we can usually have your server online within 24 hours.
With our dedicated servers, you get full console access via a web interface which also allows you to remotely mount media to instal your own software remotely. With our virtual servers, we give you a full administrative (or root) login granting you total access to the pre-installed operating system.
We have a very strict SLA with all our dedicated servers (and our virtual ones too) - we carry spare parts for all systems and with engineers on site 24/7 a failed customer server takes priority and is dealt with immediately. The resulting fix is normally just a matter of minutes.
